The Albion Foundation is launching a new strategy that outlines how we will continue to serve the borough of Sandwell and beyond over the next four years.
Rob Lake, Director of The Albion Foundation, shares how the new strategy will enable us to keep making a measurable difference:
"I am honoured and very proud to have been the Director of The Albion Foundation for more than 17 years. We are the charitable arm of West Bromwich Albion Football Club.
I am delighted to share with our key stakeholders and community partners our Strategic Overview for the next four years. This will be a working document which will be flexible to the feedback we receive, the needs that are identified and changing environment we face.
From our extensive work in the local community and long-standing partnerships we have identified how we can make a measurable difference and are fully aware of the challenges our local community faces.
We are clear on what we do well, how we can be most impactful using the skills and resources at our disposal. However, we recognise this has to align with local need, must add value and complement what else is going on.
Therefore, the aim in the next six months is to share this brief overview to ensure we are best placed to achieve our vision.
We did not want to overload you with too much information but be clear and concise, so you remember some key themes."
