The Club were delighted to welcome eighteen teams to the official West Bromwich Albion Golf Day 2025 on Tuesday 6th May 2025.
Corporate guests, representation from Bilkul Football Group and a host of former Albion players including Don Goodman and Paul Robinson convened at Great Barr Golf Club for the second official club golf day.
Teams complete the eighteen hole course and competed in on course competitions such as: ‘Longest Drive’, ‘Nearest to the Pin’ and ‘Nearest to the Pin in 2’ across the afternoon and were welcomed back to the Clubhouse for a delicious two course dinner. The event concluded with a raffle, auction and presentation, raising £3,500 for The Albion Foundation.
Ashish Patel, Chief Operating Officer of Bilkul Football Group, stated: “Our club hosted events continue to present a fantastic opportunity for supporters and partners to engage with us beyond the usual match days activities. It was a pleasure to attend the annual club golf day - the participants and atmosphere were incredible and we’re very thankful for the funds raised benefiting The Albion Foundation to continue their impactful work in the West Midlands”.
Head of Commercial Tomasz Chadwick added: “It was a fantastic day on the course with great company, friendly competition and beautiful weather! Events like these really bring the Club and our community together, and it was wonderful to see important funds raised”.
