We are a modern conveniently located conference venue that boasts a wide range of conferencing and events facilities in the heart of the West Midlands, that is just a five minute drive from Junction 1 of the M5, a short distance from Birmingham Airport and only five miles from Birmingham City Centre. 

Each suite has been designed with comfort and luxury in mind, ensuring an excellent customer experience. Our sophisticated event spaces can host an array of events, from a small business meeting for 10 people to a large birthday party for 300 guests.

The Hawthorns is also served by its own train and tram station - a short walk from the venue - that is easily accessible from Birmingham's mainline train stations.

A range of different suites are available to facilitate small, medium, and large conferences. The dedicated team of Conference and Events personal will be on hand to provide the perfect solution to your business needs.

Catering Options

We understand that exceptional cuisine is a key ingredient for a successful event. Our in-house chefs are dedicated to providing high quality menus that elevate any conference, meeting or special occasion. 

Our menus feature a variety of dishes that highlight fresh, locally sourced ingredients and seasonal flavours. Our chefs will work with you to accommodate dietary requirements and preferences, ensuring that all your guests can enjoy a delicious meal. From vegan and gluten-free options to halal and dairy free, we are committed to providing inclusive catering solutions.

Our Catering Team continue to source all produce for your menus from suppliers within a 40-mile radius of the club, with over 80% of food provided from suppliers within 14 miles. 95% of menu items are then made in-house, with 96% of catering staff living within 10 miles of the stadium.
