Albion are delighted to confirm the opening of a new retail stall in West Bromwich Indoor Market – a town centre return which places the club back in the heart of its community.
The Albion Alcove recently opened its doors and has already proved popular with shoppers looking for something special ahead of Christmas.
The stall features a selection of official merchandise, including hats, scarves, souvenirs and replica shirts.
The market, which is located on High Street and open 9am-5pm Monday to Saturday, has been created to deliver a modern and vibrant destination.
Combining traditional market stalls with contemporary facilities, the market also features specialist street food vendors in its food court.
Club President, Andrew Nestor, said: “We’re delighted to have a presence back in West Bromwich town centre.
“When we learned of the new market, we felt it was important for the club to be part of the project. We are reliant on the support of our local community, and this provided us with an opportunity to return some of that support.
“Our hope is for West Bromwich to thrive and by being part of this project we hope to assist in its continued growth.”
Member of Parliament for West Bromwich, Sarah Coombes, added: "The new West Bromwich Indoor Market is a transformational investment for our town, and having the Albion Alcove open there is the icing on the cake.
“I’m delighted to have worked with the club’s new owners to make this happen. It shows their commitment to the local area.
“I hope Baggies fans will come down to the alcove to buy their club merchandise and support this new era for our town.”
