The mascot package is for children aged 5-12 (inclusive).

2 adults and 1 child ticket is for the mascot themselves. Only 1 adult will be permitted pitch side to accompany the child.

Additional tickets can be purchased through the Ticket Office for an additional cost. Please note: additional tickets will be dependant on availability and at the Ticket Office's discretion.

Yes, 1 parking space per mascot package will be provided in WBA Academy Car Park on Halfords Lane. If you require a accessible space, please let the mascot co-ordinator know as soon as possible to arrange this. A blue badge will need to be always displayed.

The dress code for mascots is the current seasons replica WBA FC kit (including home, away or goalkeepers kit). The purchase of these kits is for the Mascot Package purchaser to be responsible for.

Please arrive wearing trainers. You may bring boots to change into should you wish.

As per the Terms and Conditions, the mascot package is non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not offer refunds on mascot packages unless under exceptional circumstances. For the avoidance of doubt, the final decision belongs to the Venue Sales Manager.

West Bromwich Albion pride ourselves on being an inclusive club. Adjustments can be made to the experience to accommodate a wheelchair mascot. The mascot area is WC accessible.

1 adult will be permitted to be pitch side per mascot. We are unable to allow parents/guardians in the tunnel area. The mascot co-ordinator and members of the safeguarding department will be always present to assist.

Unfortunately not, however the mascot will receive a signed ball as part of the gift bag. No items can be left to be signed after the fixture either.

To be fair and consistent to all mascots, we will do a random draw to determine which mascot goes out with which player.

We do have an Official Mascot Photographer that will capture your child’s experience. You will receive complimentary photos from the day. Photographs, and any audio-visual footage, taken by photographers of the mascots and the throughout the mascot package will be shared with you through the means as chosen by the Club from time to time. All photographs and audio-visual footage remain the intellectual property of the Club once shared, so permission needs to be sort from the Club if you or the mascot wish to use any of the property outside of private viewing, i.e. posting on social media platforms or for publication in public spaces or printed media.

Yes, you are able to book multiple packages.

Once you have received confirmation of your booking, all packages are final and cannot be transferred to a different fixture.

The official mascot photographer, will have a set number of areas they are allowed to take photos in and who with. We make no guarantees on where or who your child may have pictures with.

You will need to arrive 2 hours prior to kick off at the West Bromwich Albion Academy on Halfords Lane.

We expect all mascots to arrive in full, as new kit for the current season.

We always advise leaving your destination with plenty of time to arrive at the stadium on time for your mascot package. We will not delay the experience for other children if you are late. You will not be partially refunded if you are late and miss part of the experience.

Personalised printing is allowed, but please note that offensive or derogatory language on shirts will not be tolerated. Failure to comply with this could result in your child being withdrawn.
