Albion make the journey to London to take on Charlton Athletic at The Valley on Tuesday night in the Sky Bet Championship (ko 7.45pm).
The Baggies, who were held at to a goalless draw by Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday, will be intent on halting a three-game winless run down in the capital.
Hosts Charlton have made an impressive start to the season having won promotion from Sky Bet League One via the play-offs last term. The Addicks picked up another point over the weekend, drawing 1-1 in front of their own supporters with Swansea City. It was a result which leaves them in eighth position, just a couple of points off the play-off places.
Tuesday's tussle will be the first between the clubs since January 2020 - a 2-2 draw at the Valley in the second tier.

The opposition
Charlton will be delighted with the start they've made to life back in the Sky Bet Championship after winning promotion to the second tier via the Sky Bet League One play-offs last season.
The Addicks head into Tuesday's fixture eighth on 20 points having won five, drawn five and lost just three of their opening 13 games.
The hosts are on a four-game unbeaten run, securing victories Sheffield Wednesday and Ipswich before drawing against Hull City and Swansea City.
They're incredibly strong at home and have only been beaten once in all competitions at The Valley since the middle of December in 2024, winning 17 of the last 23 matches there.
Former Luton Town, Stoke City and Southampton boss Nathan Jones is the man in charge at Charlton, and has been for over 18 months. The 52-year-old Welshman took over in February 2024 and gave the supporters a day to remember at Wembley in May 2025 when they overcame London rivals Leyton Orient 1-0 in the third-tier play-off final - a result which booked their return to the Championship.
His overall Addicks record reads 42 wins, 26 draws and 20 defeats from the 88 contests he has overseen.
Memorable meeting
Robert Earnshaw became the first player in Albion's history to score a Premier League hat-trick when he helped himself to a treble at Charlton in March 2005.
Geoff Horsfield gave the visitors a 1-0 lead, only for Jonatan Johansson to equalise for the Londoners.
Talal El Karkouri was shown a straight red before the half-hour mark, leaving the door open for the Baggies to dominate the game and secure all three points.
Forward Earnshaw was introduced to the action in the middle of the second period and went on to bag a 17-minute hat-trick in front of the travelling fans.

Albion's recent record at The Valley
Charlton Athletic 2-2 Albion, January 2020
The two teams played out an entertaining four-goal draw in early January of the 2019/20 Sky Bet Championship campaign. Ken Zohore put the visitors 1-0 up, but Josh Davison equalised before the break. Hal Robson-Kanu restored Albion's advantage almost immediately after the restart, but the Baggies were denied victory when Tom Lockyer notched a leveller for the hosts inside the final 15. Watch the highlights below.
Charlton Athletic 0-1 Albion, January 2020
The Baggies secured safe passage to round four of the Emirates FA Cup thanks to a narrow win over the Addicks in the capital. Ken Zohore proved to be the matchwinner, scoring the only goal shortly after the half-hour mark with a close-range strike.
Charlton Athletic 1-1 Albion, March 2008
Charlton and Albion both earned a point in what was a tight encounter at The Valley deep into the 2007/08 term. Greg Halford put the home team 1-0 up after 30 minutes, but the Baggies fought back and drew level courtesy of Kevin Phillips. Both sides went in search of a winner, but no further goals were scored.
How's that for a stat
Albion have the chance to extend their unbeaten run against Charlton to nine games on Tuesday night having won two and drawn six of the previous eight meetings.
The Baggies are unbeaten in their last six visits to The Valley (W2, D4). Charlton's last home win in this fixture came in December 2002 when Kevin Lisbie's sixth-minute strike secured three top-flight points.
Charlton are looking to go five games unbeaten for the first time this season having won two and drawn two of their last four. The home team have lost just one of their last nine games - a 2-0 reverse at Preston North End in October.
Albion haven't been able to win any of their last three games. The last time they went four without a victory was during a run of five between March and April earlier this calendar year.
Charlton have lost just one of their last 23 matches in all competitions at the Valley - a 0-1 defeat to Leicester in August. They've won 17 of those 23 encounters, drawing five.
Colours for the road
The Baggies will wear their green and yellow away kit in the capital city on Tuesday.
The last time Ryan Mason's men donned such colours was at Ipswich Town towards the end of October.
