Sam Allardyce has won the LMA Performance of the Week award after securing the local bragging rights against Wolves.
Albion earned an impressive 3-2 victory at Molineux thanks to a pair of Matheus Pereira penalties and a Semi Ajayi header sandwiched in between – Allardyce’s first win as Baggies boss.
The League Managers Association’s panel, who picked Allardyce as this week’s winner, includes LMA Chairman Howard Wilkinson, Sir Alex Ferguson, Joe Royle, Dave Bassett, Barry Fry, Paul Ince and Rachel Yankey.
