Albion defender Chris Mepham came on as a substitute in Wales’ friendly draw with Ghana on Tuesday night.
The 28-year-old, who was making his first international appearance since November, was brought on by boss Craig Bellamy for the final 23 minutes of the encounter in Cardiff.
Fellow Baggie Ollie Bostock was an unused substitute for The Dragons on the night.
Cymru went a goal behind in the tie when Nordsjælland midfielder Caleb Yirenkyi notched just a minute before Mepham was introduced - but it was left to substitute Lewis Koumas to earn the hosts a 1-1 draw with a 93rd-minute strike.
Wales are next in action when they head to Romania in another international friendly on Saturday, June 6 (ko 6.45pm).
