West Bromwich Albion are back The Hawthorns for the second time in four days on Saturday, with James Morrison's men hosting Watford on matchday five in the Sky Bet Championship (ko 3pm).
The Baggies delivered a dominant display against Charlton Athletic in front of their own supporters on Wednesday, but were ultimately left frustrated as the Addicks stole a point.
Visitors Watford have had a mixed start to the 2026/27 campaign, winning two, drawing two and losing two of their first six matches in all competitions. The Hornets were beaten 2-0 at Swansea City on Tuesday night, a result which pushed their winless run to four games.
The two teams met as recently as late April. Albion ran out comfortable 3-0 winners that evening thanks to efforts from Isaac Price, Daryl Dike and Danny Imray.

The visitors
Watford head to The Hawthorns this weekend hoping to end their four-match winless run.
The Hornets claimed home triumphs over Crawley Town in the Carabao Cup and Southampton in the Sky Bet Championship in their first two games of the 2026/27 campaign, but have since gone on to draw with Wrexham and West Ham, and lose to Peterborough United and Swansea City.
Saturday's opponents will be determined to finish inside the top half of the second tier this season following three successive finishes in the bottom 12.
They've struggled for consistency in recent times and will want to address that this time around - something which new boss Alessio Dionisi has been tasked with by those running the club. The 46-year-old Italian has a bulky managerial CV having also taken charge of Venezia, Empoli twice, Sassuolo and Palermo among others lower down the pyramid in his homeland. His current job is his first in England and first outside of Italy.
Their defeat at Swansea in midweek was their only second-tier setback so far, and Watford have already shown that they can mix it with teams expected to do well such as the Saints, the Hammers and the Red Dragons.
The Hornets will, however, know the importance of getting back to winning ways. The men from Vicarage Road have won just one of their last 12 league games - a record Dionisi and his group are desperate to change, starting this Saturday in the West Midlands.
