The East Stand Ticket Office, stadium club shop, and Albion Alcove will all be closed today (Friday, January 9) owing to the weather conditions.
Supporters wishing to purchase tickets for the Baggies’ FA Cup tie against Swansea City - or any other fixtures - can still do so online here.
Alternatively, fans can email tickets@wbafc.co.uk if they have any urgent ticket enquiries.
The club apologises for any inconvenience and will issue further updates on opening hours for the ticket office and shops in due course.
