Albion have revised their ticket sales process for the Sky Bet Championship fixture at Oxford United after consulting with the club’s Fan Advisory Board (FAB).
Tickets had been scheduled to go on sale to home season ticket holders on Wednesday – but the club accepts that stance is unfair on the loyal supporters who have travelled up and down the country to back the Baggies throughout the campaign.
Instead, loyalty points will now be used to prioritise sales from 10am on Wednesday. Tickets remain on sale to away members on Tuesday.
The club apologises to all supporters for the frustration its previous plan had caused and will implement a process to ensure this does not happen again.
The Baggies visit the Kassam Stadium on Saturday, February 28 (ko 3pm), and have been given an allocation of 1,450.
Seats are priced £30 Adults, £20 Over-65s, £20 Under-25s, £16 Under-18s, £12 Under-13s and £8 Under-7s.

Information for travelling fans
There is free parking for 2,000 vehicles on a first come, first served basis at the Kassam Stadium. There is also free parking along Grenoble Road adjacent to the stadium.
Under-13s must be accompanied by an adult.
There will be no ticket sales on the day of the game.
