The Albion Foundation is proud to celebrate Jayson Molumby and Olivia Rabjohn, who have been named the Club’s 2026 PFA Community Champions in recognition of their exceptional dedication and commitment to supporting The Albion Foundation in making a meaningful and lasting difference through its community projects.

This honour highlights the incredible contribution both players have made throughout the season, consistently going above and beyond to inspire, engage, and connect with people of all ages and abilities. Across the campaign, Albion players have supported more than 50 community appearances, positively impacting over 1,500 participants through a wide range of sessions, events, and initiatives.

Molumby’s passion for community engagement has shone throughout the year, with the midfielder taking a leading role in initiatives designed to promote a healthier lifestyle. Among his standout contributions is Molumby’s Miles, a challenge aimed at encouraging people to stay active while raising awareness of the importance of physical and mental wellbeing.

His enthusiasm and commitment inspired participants across the region to get involved. With initial targets set at 2,000 miles and £5,000, the challenge didn’t just meet expectations — it exceeded them. Participants more than doubled the mileage goal and raised over £10,000, highlighting the impact of coming together to stay active and support a shared cause.

Rabjohn’s contribution has been equally impactful, particularly through her work with the Foundation’s Building Futures department. Olivia has played a key role in delivering mentoring initiatives such as Supporter to Reporter, a four-week programme designed to provide young people with valuable media and communication skills.

Participants are given the opportunity to learn how to write matchday reports before experiencing a live matchday from a media perspective — including time in the press box, access to post-match press conferences, and the chance to produce their own match report. The programme not only builds confidence but also opens doors to new opportunities and aspirations.

Olivia has also demonstrated incredible generosity, going above and beyond to support participants at one of our partner schools by donating football boots, helping ensure that every young person can take part fully and feel included.
