Chris Mepham came off the bench to feature for Wales in their 3-0 defeat at the hands of England at Wembley on Thursday evening.
The visiting side got off to a bumpy start under the arch, as strikes from Morgan Rogers, Ollie Watkins and Bukayo Saka saw them build a controlling lead in the first 20 minutes.
The Baggies defender was brought on midway through the second half, replacing Ben Davies in the heart of defence, and saw a header well-saved by England shot-stopper Jordan Pickford.
Despite an improved second-half display from Craig Bellamy's side, they couldn't find a way past the hosts - ensuring their defeat in the home nations friendly.
Mepham could next feature for his country in their FIFA World Cup qualifying clash with Belgium on Monday, October 13 (ko 7.45pm).
