Baggies duo Chris Mepham and Jayson Molumby featured for their countries in the UEFA Nations League on Thursday night.
Mepham came on in the 71st minute for Wales who were narrowly beaten 1-0 by Portugal in Lisbon in League A.
The Albion defender replaced Swansea City’s Ben Cabango in a fixture which was decided by Joao Felix’s first-half strike.

Molumby, meanwhile, completed the entirety of the Republic of Ireland’s 1-0 defeat to Kosovo in Pristina in League B.
Fenerbahce forward Vedat Muriqi bagged the winner seven minutes from the end. Goalkeeper Max O’Leary was an unused substitute for the visitors.
All three Baggies players will hope to feature for their respective sides on Sunday, with Ireland taking on Israel in Hungary and Wales heading to Denmark on matchday two in the competition.
