West Bromwich Albion are delighted to announce the signing of midfielder Felix Horn Myhre on a three-year contract.
The Norway international makes the switch from Eliteserien outfit SK Brann for an undisclosed fee.
Myhre, 27, who has been capped six times by his nation, played his 181st and final Brann game on Sunday night against Rosenborg having helped the club win promotion in 2022, the Norwegian Cup in 2023 and compete in the UEFA Europa League in 2025/26 – a tournament they reached the knockout stages in.
The latest addition to James Morrison’s squad says he can’t wait to experience football and life in a new country for the very first time.
Horn Myhre said: “This is a huge club and as soon as I found out I could come here, I was absolutely buzzing.
“I had a great talk with the gaffer and I have a really good vision for the club. I see a lot of potential in the group and I’m really excited to get started.
“I’m really excited to experience a new culture here. I’ve stayed in one place for so long and at some point, you feel like you need new experiences. Coming here, I’m coming into a completely new culture. Everyone knows England is a big football country and this club has a huge history.
“I can’t wait to meet everyone, say hi to the guys and get into training.”
