Albion are delighted to announce the loan signing of attacking midfielder Hindolo Mustapha from Crystal Palace until the end of the 2025/26 campaign.
The 19-year-old arrives at The Hawthorns having won the Eagles’ Under-21s Player of the Season award in 2024/25, a campaign in which he scored 11 goals and provided seven assists in 29 appearances.
Mustapha, who has been capped three times by the Sierra Leone national side, spent the first half of the current term on loan in Germany with 2. Bundesliga outfit 1. FC Nürnberg.
Hindolo is the second new addition to the Baggies first-team squad on deadline day, following on from fellow attacking midfielder Jamaldeen Jimoh-Aloba who joined on loan from Aston Villa just hours earlier.
The teenager says the move to the West Midlands offers him a great opportunity to showcase his talent on the senior stage.
He said: “I’m really excited for this opportunity. I want to showcase what I’m capable of and hit the ground running.
“I’m confident I can make a positive impact and hopefully help push the team up the Championship table.
“I love attacking and dribbling with the ball, creating chances for my team-mates and for myself. I can’t wait to get started.”
