How do I buy a 21/22 membership?

All 21/22 memberships are available to purchase online here.

Alternatively you can visit or call the Ticket Office on 0121 227 2227 during opening hours. Find out the opening hours here.

I’m a season ticket holder, do I need to buy a membership?

No, adult season ticket holders automatically receive access to the Albion Reward Cash scheme and WBA TV+, as well as a higher level of ticket priority so do not need to purchase a membership.

I haven't received my welcome pack. What should I do?

Welcome Packs are usually dispatched within 2-3 weeks of the purchase of your membership.

If you haven’t received your membership pack within 4 weeks of the date of purchase please contact tickets@wbafc.co.uk

How do I set up a My Albion account?

Setting up a My Albion account is straightforward and will only take a couple of minutes.

My account won’t link to my Customer ID Number. What should I do?

Can I purchase memberships for other fans?

Yes you can purchase a membership for any other fan that is listed on your Family and Friends list. If the fan you would like to purchase for is not on your Friends and Family list please contact the Ticket Office, you will need to provide the supporter’s name, date of birth and address if they do not already have an account with us.

WBA TV+

How do I watch WBA TV+?

WBA TV+ is available to watch online here or through the official WBA app. Click on WBA TV at the bottom of the app and scroll down to the WBA TV+ category to view your exclusive content. Just login to your account and enjoy!

 

WBA TV+ videos aren’t playing for me?

If WBA TV+ videos aren’t playing for you please ensure that you are logged in to your My Albion account and that it is linked to the Customer ID number attached to your membership.

Do I get WBA TV Matchday access as part of my membership?

No. WBA TV Matchday packages are a separate offering subject to various restrictions imposed by the EFL. As a result members and season ticket holders who would like to purchase seasonal or Match Pass packages will have to do so in addition to their WBA TV+ access.

Reward Cash

What is Albion Reward Cash?

Albion Reward Cash is an exclusive reward scheme for season ticket holders and members aged 18 or over. Every time you purchase a home match ticket, away travel or retail product you will automatically earn Reward Cash which will be stored in your My Albion account to redeem in the future.

How much Reward Cash do I earn on purchases?

Season Ticket Holders

Home Match Tickets - 5%

Away Travel - 5%

Retail Purchases - 10%

How can I spend Albion Reward Cash?

Throughout the season there will be lots of promotions and opportunities for you to redeem your Reward Cash, giving you some amazing discounts on some fantastic products or events!

We’ll let you know when redemption opportunities are upcoming through your monthly member statement and online at wba.co.uk/this-month

Where can I find my Reward Cash balance?

Click here and log in to your My Albion account at any time to see how much you have earned, or alternatively you can wait until we send your monthly e-statement.

Why isn’t my Reward Cash showing in my account?

Reward Cash will be pending in your account until 30 days following your retail purchase, or the day after a game is played if relating to a ticket purchase.

If you still cannot see a reward you are expecting please contact myalbion@wbafc.co.uk with the details of the purchase.

How long have I got to spend my Reward Cash?

You have until 30th June 2022 to spend your Reward Cash, after which date it will expire.

Can I combine my Reward Cash with another supporter’s?

No. Reward Cash is earned and redeemed by individual supporters and is attributed to their My Albion account. To ensure the correct supporter earns the Reward Cash ensure you purchase with the My Albion account you would like the award to be made to.

Ticket Priority

How does my ticket priority work?

Ahead of every match the ticket on-sale dates will be published with details of an exclusive window for members to purchase ahead of non-members or general sale.

If a match is high-demand we will introduce priority windows based on loyalty points, of which members will be allocated 300 points. You can then earn an additional 5 points for any league match you attend and 10 points for any cup game.

Can I buy a ticket for a friend who isn’t a member during my priority window?

For the majority of home games you will be able to purchase additional match tickets for friends and family during your membership window. However we reserve the right for high-demand fixtures to restrict membership ticket purchasing windows to members only.

If your friend decided to become a member to access the ticket priority they would need to complete this purchase first before having access to the ticket priority window.
