Why have the age categories changed?

As part of our commitment to encourage families and the next generation of supporters to The Hawthorns, we have adjusted our age categories to ensure younger supporters are not priced out of supporting Albion at home.

The new categories are;

Under 17 – all supporters aged 16 or under on 31st August 2023

17-19 – all supporters aged 17 to 19 on 31st August 2023

20-25 – all supporters aged 20 to 25 on 31st August 2023

Adult – all supporters aged 26 to 64 on 31st August 2023

65+ - All supporters aged 65 or over on 31st August 2023

How do I qualify for a concession price?

We have a number of concession categories, please see below details for the criteria for each.  Please note that all concessionary tickets require a date of birth on file and a digital photograph. You can upload a photo of yourself to your account at tickets.wba.co.uk, you can have one taken free of charge at the Ticket Office or you can email in a photograph to tickets@wbafc.co.uk (please note supporters who have already supplied a photograph previously do not need to do so again).

Supporters qualify for the price categories based on their age on 31st August 2023
