The easiest way to purchase a season ticket, membership or match ticket for another supporter is by adding them to your Friends & Family list.
To do this log in to your account and go to the Friends & Family section of your account here https://tickets.wba.co.uk/account/community/manageFriendsAndFamily
Click NEW and enter the Customer ID Number and surname of the supporter you would like to add to your list. When making a purchase you will now be able to allocate it to them should you wish to.
If you do not know the relevant Customer ID Number please contact the Ticket Office at email@example.com.

To buy online you'll need to have a My Albion Single Sign On account linked to a ticketing account. If you haven't yet set one up, please do so now so we can correct any issues before you try to buy tickets. Click here for more information.

You can buy tickets from the Ticket Office by visiting or calling 0121 227 2227. Please click here to see our opening hours. We encourage supporters to purchase tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.
Firstly please check that you have logged in to your My Albion account. If you have not yet set up an account or are unable to log in please click here for further advice.
If you are logged in and still cannot purchase a match ticket please check the online sale dates. Tickets go on sale usually around 5 weeks prior to a game but are on a priority basis with Away Season Ticket Holders, Season Tickets Holders and Members having the first opportunities to buy. After this some games may go to loyalty point priority, if you believe you have not been allocated the correct number of loyalty points on your account, or that you should qualify to purchase tickets and you can’t please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and include your Customer Number in the email.
Loyalty points are allocated every time you buy a season ticket, membership or match ticket, and these are used to calculate priority windows for high-demand tickets. Loyalty points are automatically allocated to your account. You can only earn loyalty points on one ticket per match so it is of great importance that if you are buying more than one ticket you allocate each ticket to the recipient to ensure they earn their loyalty points.
Loyalty points cannot be added retrospectively so ensure you use the correct Customer Number to buy your tickets.
Loyalty points are awarded as follows
- Season Ticket: 1,000 points
- Season Ticket from the previous season: 500 points
- Members: 300 points
- Home / Away League ticket: 5 points
- Home Cup ticket: 10 points
Sandwell Council have amended the event day traffic order which is used to control traffic flow around The Hawthorns on matchdays.
The following road closures are now in place to further ensure the safety of supporters visiting the stadium.
From 95 minutes before kick off:
- Halfords Lane closed to vehicles from Hawthorns Railway Bridge to the Birmingham Road junction, with the exception of users of club operated car parks and residents of Halfords Lane
- Albion Estate residents can only access or leave the estate via Middlemore Road
- Inside lane of the Westbound carriage (towards M5 Junction 1) closed
- Halfords Lane closed to vehicles from Hawthorns Railway Bridge to the Birmingham Road junction until up to 40 minutes after full time
- Albion Estate residents can only access or leave the estate via the gated entrance on Middlemore Road
- Birmingham Road Westbound carriage (towards M5 junction 1) will be fully closed between Park Lane and Screwfix from 10 minutes before full time for up to 40 minutes after the final whistle
- Users of club car parks will not be able to access or leave the facilities from 10 minutes before full time until all pedestrian traffic has left the area.
Fans travelling to The Hawthorns by car on matchdays can now pre-book car parking spaces directly with our new parking partner, EST.
At least three car parks will be open within 1 mile of The Hawthorns offering 500 spaces available in total. Car Parking starts at £10 per vehicle and can be purchased online here or by calling 02476 997605.
Car parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and will be available to purchase at least 4 weeks before the match.
Any supporters requiring Accessible parking are advised on book on the National Timber Site.
Please be aware of road closures around the Stadium on a matchday to further protect the safety of supporters, you can find more information here. All of EST’s car parks are located outside of the road closure zone so your access and departure will not be affected by these measures.
Car parks will be open from 3 hours before kick off and will close 2 hours after the final whistle.
We do not have public Wi-Fi networks available on a matchday.
The Hawthorns is a non-smoking stadium, which includes the use of electronic cigarettes and vaping. If you are caught in the Stadium smoking cigarettes or electronic devices you will be ejected.
If you have a special announcement that you would like read out or to appear on the big screen please contact email@example.com with as much notice as possible. There is no charge to have a message read out but it is available on a first-come first-served basis with a limited number of slots.
