The Albion Foundation was delighted to provide a memorable hospitality experience at The Hawthorns thanks to the generous donation of tickets in The Richardson from Mega Riches.
The tickets were awarded to the winner of our ‘Beat the Pro’ Darts Competition, which took place during the third edition of the Albion Foundation Darts Evening. This year’s event was held in the East Stand Concourse and brought together Albion supporters, Foundation partners, and members of the local community for an enjoyable evening of competition and entertainment.
The annual Darts Evening continues to grow in popularity and remains an important fundraising opportunity for the Foundation. Events like these play a key role in supporting the continued delivery of impactful programmes across Sandwell, helping to make a positive difference within our communities.
This year’s competition featured PDC professional Tom Bissell, who took on participants in the popular ‘Beat the Pro’ challenge. One standout competitor claimed victory and was rewarded with two hospitality tickets in The Richardson to watch Albion take on Wrexham on Good Friday.
Reflecting on the experience, the winner said:
“We had a great time. From the minute we arrived, we felt at ease and were able to enjoy the whole experience. I had lost my love for football recently, but watching West Brom made me fall in love with the game again. The day itself and the match were both fantastic. Thank you so much for inviting us — it made our Easter weekend and gave us memories we’ll treasure for years.”
