Albion Women can now confirm their released and retained list following the conclusion of the 2025/26 campaign.

Charlotte Clarke, Taylor Reynolds, Hannah George, Zoe Creaney, Izzy Green, Simran Jhamat, Seren Watkins, Rhianne Oakley, Olivia Rabjohn, Asiah Janny, Mia Sorrentino, Naomi Sharp, Monique Robinson, Phoebe Warner, Ella Haughey and Chidubem Arinze have all been offered a place in the senior squad for the new season.
The club also remains in discussions with midfielder Fran Orthodoxou over a new deal.

Lavarna Johnson, Orla Howard, Ruby Heselden, Marli Rhodes and Ellie May will all depart The Hawthorns this summer.
Goalkeeper Johnson rejoined the Baggies midway through the 2024/25 season and kept a clean sheet on her debut, a 2-0 victory over Derby County.

Fellow shot-stopper Orla Howard made three appearances after joining from Blackburn Rovers in August of 2025.
She kept two clean sheets before heading out on loan to Adran Premier outfit, The New Saints, where she returned from towards the conclusion of the campaign.
Defender Ruby Heselden leaves having made six first-team appearances for the Baggies after joining from Northampton Town last summer.
The 19-year-old also went out on loan to former third-tier side Sporting Khalsa during the second half of 2025/26.
Forward Marli Rhodes made the switch to The Hawthorns from Derby County in the summer of 2024.
She scored her first goal for the club against Sporting Khalsa at the Shrine, when they won 4-0, and went on to make 39 appearances - bagging seven strikes along the way.
Attacker Ellie May also joined in the same summer, and leaves after totting up 53 appearances and 14 goals.
The Ewe Rams academy product finished the 2025/26 season as the Baggies’ second-highest goalscorer across all competitions.
Young defender Ellie McFarlane has also departed the club after opting to stay at Leafield Athletic following her loan spell there during the latter parts of 2025/26.
Dual-registered duo Riya Mannu and Lucy Day will return to parent club Birmingham City after completing their temporary spells at the club.
