Albion have been handed a home tie against Sky Bet Championship outfit Derby County in the first round of the Carabao Cup.
The fixture is set to be played the week commencing August 11 2025.
The Baggies and the Rams met in the same competition as recently as August 2022, with Derby claiming a narrow 1-0 triumph at Pride Park.
