A place-based model targets a specific location and the people within it.
We connect feeder primary schools, transitioning to secondary, evening, weekend, and holiday provision for young people, to adult physical and mental health provision. This collaboration and connectivity increase engagement and unlocks potential.
We do not just deliver in these towns; we are enablers. We are a conduit that connects schools, colleges, community and faith groups and statutory services. We value what each brings and aim to add value in our own way. We are creating a pathway of opportunity, but it won’t be exclusively our path.
