Albion Under-18s were beaten by Fulham in their latest U18 Premier League South outing on Saturday.
Chay Thompson’s youngsters started the game quickly when Frazer Billings almost took full advantage of a slip-up from the Cottagers’ defence; unfortunately for the hosts, Zack Brief made an important stop to keep the score level.
Though the visitors took the lead not long after. Khai Vally despatched a spot-kick to give Fulham the upper hand in the game.
Alfie Round and goalkeeper Will Rutter came to the Baggies’ rescue on a couple of occasions, but it wouldn’t take long for the visitors to double their advantage.
Kayden Sessegnon was on hand to prod home an inviting delivery for their second, while Bashil Lubega added a third by rounding Rutter and finishing into an empty net.
The fourth brought more of the same disappointment for the young Baggies when Sessegnon rounded off Fulham's scoring - condemning the hosts to defeat.
