The East Stand Ticket Office and stadium club shop will both be closed over the weekend owing to the weather conditions.
The Albion Alcove is now open, having been closed on Friday, January 9.
Supporters wishing to purchase tickets for the Baggies’ FA Cup tie against Swansea City - or any other fixtures - can still do so online here. Fans are informed tickets for the trip to south Wales are available to purchase until midday on Saturday, January 10.
Alternatively, fans can email tickets@wbafc.co.uk if they have any urgent ticket enquiries.
The club apologises for any inconvenience and will issue further updates on opening hours for the ticket office and shops in due course.
