Albion came from behind to draw 1-1 at Sheffield United on Saturday afternoon.
George Campbell made up for an earlier own-goal by scoring late stunner, ensuring the Sky bet Championship points were shared.
Following an injury-disrupted opening nine minutes, Andre Brooks’ low half-volley gave Albion an early scare when his strike flew just wide.
But the visitors settled into it and did create multiple opportunities, with Ollie Bostock - on his first league start - twice shooting off-target and Krystian Bielik also smashing over.
Neither team notched before half-time, however the Baggies went close after the restart - Isaac Price racing in and seeing his finish well saved.
Against the run of play, though, United found a breakthrough when Campbell unfortunately diverted Gustavo Hamer’s cross home.
Albion were not deterred, and they continued attacking - most notably Price having another attempt stopped.
The Blades did create a few chances, Sydie Peck heading past the post and Max O’Leary keeping out Tyrese Campbell’s volley.
Yet Morrison’s team held firm and grabbed a deserved equaliser in the 83rd minute. Campbell turned villain to hero, sending a long-range strike into the bottom corner and earning Albion a solid point on the road.
