Dara O’Shea has been named in the Republic of Ireland squad for their FIFA World Cup qualifiers in September.
The defender is part of a 25-man group for three Group A clashes against Portugal on Wednesday, September 1 (ko 7.45pm) at Estadio Algarve, Azerbaijan on Saturday, September 4 (ko 5pm) in Dublin and finally Serbia on Tuesday, September 7 (ko 7.45pm) back at the Aviva Stadium.
O’Shea’s nation are yet to pick up a point from their opening two matches and sit seven points behind Portugal and Serbia who have both played a game more than Stephen Kenny’s men.
We would like to wish Dara the very best of luck during his time away with the Boys In Green.
