Albion Women are delighted to announce the signing of Lucy Day on a dual-registration deal from Birmingham City.
The young defender, who has been involved in the England U17 set-up and played a key role in Blues' PGA Cup triumph earlier this year, adds to Siobhan Hodgetts-Still's back line following their strong start to the 2025/26 season.
And the Manager is thrilled to add to her defensive ranks ahead of a busy period, beginning with the midweek fixture against Rugby Borough in the FAWNL Northern Premier Division.
"We're delighted to welcome Lucy into the squad," said Siobhan.
"She's a talented and determined player who brings valuable experience, in spite of her age, playing for Birmingham City and at international youth level.
"We're looking forward to giving her opportunities for first-team action and supporting her development on the pitch.
"She's a tenacious defender who relishes winning her individual battles and I'm really looking forward to working with her."
