Albion have signed promising goalkeeper Jago Davis on a two-year scholarship deal.
The towering shot-stopper - who’s signed until the summer of 2028 - joins Under-18 boss Chay Thompson’s group for the next two seasons following a successful trial period.
Standing at 6ft 7in, Birmingham-born Davis joins his first professional club in the Baggies after impressing the academy goalkeeping department.
The recently-turned 16-year-old caught the eye while playing for showcase side, First Touch, and with two years ahead of him to develop his attributes, the ‘keeper will be excited to get going at The Hawthorns.
