Eric Ramsay was officially introduced to the media on Wednesday afternoon.
The Baggies Head Coach, who joined the club from MLS outfit Minnesota United on Sunday night, met television reporters, radio reporters, photographers and written journalists in the Richardson Suite at The Hawthorns.
Chairman Shilen Patel was also present at the press conference. Both Patel and Ramsay were quizzed on a number of topics including the 34-year-old's appointment, their hopes for the remainder of the 2025/26 season, the squad Eric has to work with and much more.
