Baggies defender Callum Styles has been named in the Hungary squad for their upcoming September World Cup qualifying games.
The 25-year-old could face fellow club colleague Mikey Johnston in his opening Group F encounter, with Marco Rossi's side playing the Republic of Ireland at the Aviva Stadium on Saturday, September 6 (ko 7.45pm).
Styles will end his international duty in Central Europe at the Puskás Aréna, with a tough test against Portugal awaiting the Hungarians on Tuesday, September 9 (ko 7.45pm).
Albion's left-back has been a constant in Head Coach Ryan Mason's team during the early stages of the 2025/26 campaign, starting every match (four) across the Sky Bet Championship and Carabao Cup.
Congrats, Stylesy!
A korábban már kerettag Gruber Zsombor mellett Ötvös Bence, Lukács Dániel, Molnár Rajmund és Tóth Barna is meghívót kapott a férfi A-válogatott @IrelandFootball és @aseleccao ellen készülő keretébe.
