Albion have added a behind-closed-doors friendly against Notts County to their pre-season schedule.
A Baggies XI are set to host the Sky Bet League One team at The FitLife Foods Performance Centre on Saturday, July 25 (ko 12pm).
James Morrison will then take a separate team to Shrewsbury Town, as already confirmed, later in the afternoon. The expected squads for each fixture can be found below.
The head coach says he has arranged the Notts County match to ensure all members of his group can gain valuable minutes this weekend.
“At this stage of pre-season, we know that the lads need more game-time to ensure they are ready for the competitive action - which is getting closer and closer,” explained Morrison.
“So we’ve arranged this game with Notts County and will split the squad into two teams, making sure everyone gets the minutes they need.
“I’ve heard there’s going to be another amazing following at Shrewsbury, which is great for the players. We’re looking forward to seeing everyone there as we ramp up preparations for the new campaign.”
A match report from the Notts County friendly will be available on the club website after the game, while full coverage across the club’s social media channels will be in place for Shrewsbury.
