Make sure your details are up to date

Albion today urge season-ticket holders to ensure their contact details are up to date as the Club anticipates issuing details of refund options regarding the remaining games of the 2019/20 season.

The EFL’s “restart” programme has taken a significant step forward with Albion’s Championship season now set to resume on the weekend beginning Saturday, June 20.

The nine remaining fixtures of a campaign halted by the coronavirus pandemic will be played behind closed doors.

The Club has already completed a refund programme for supporters who had purchased match tickets for those games and await further details from the EFL about a schedule of offers to compensate our season ticket holders.

“We hope to be able to provide the full details very shortly,” said Chief Executive Mark Jenkins.

“Once again, I cannot stress enough just how patient and understanding our supporters have been in these difficult circumstances and how much this is appreciated within the club as we tackle this extended period without any significant income.”

In anticipation of contacting our season-ticket holders directly with important information about future offers, the Club is urging they ensure their relevant contact details are up to date.
