Post-16 Programme

18th July
EFL B celebrating.

Are you leaving school and looking for the next step in your career? How about playing football while you study.

The Albion Foundation's Post-16 programme in partnership with Sandwell College allows you to gain a BTEC qualification whilst representing the Foundation in the college league against other clubs.

You will train three times a week, with one fixture per week, with all sessions and home games taking place at West Bromwich Albion Academy facilities, with the theory aspect of the course held at The Hawthorns Stadium and Sandwell College.

There are also further opportunities for you to develop, such as an FA Introduction to Football Coaching, UEFA C license, MultiSkills Level 2 and even opportunities to follow in the footsteps of your tutors by becoming a volunteer or casual coach at the Foundation.

Exit routes from the course include: staying with us to study on our Foundation Degree in partnership with the University of South Wales, job roles or utilising our relationships with semi-professional football clubs.
