Limitless Employment Programme
Limitless and The Albion Foundation are committed to empowering SEND and disabled individuals to unlock their potential. Through our bespoke apprenticeship programme, we provide opportunities to develop, progress and showcase skills within a professional sporting environment.
We believe that everyone, regardless of ability, deserves the chance to pursue their passion for sports and build a meaningful career.
- 3 Year Apprenticeship Programme in partnership with Limitless employability
- Level 3 Apprenticeship
- Mentored by The Albion Foundation Disability Coaches
- Minimum 10 hours of coaching per week
- Placements with The Albion Foundation or in your own current setting
- Weekly check in with your mentor
- Theory session (Online) 2 hours per lesson, every 6 weeks- Mentors will support with any task
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- 18+ years old
- Not in any full-time education
- Evidence of learning disability, EHCP or doctors note confirming additional needs
