Baggies fans will have the chance to add their own contributions to this season’s “Albion News” as we celebrate 120 years of football at The Hawthorns.
Down the years our beloved 7,000 square metres of turf has provided moments of drama, despair and unforgettable excitement for generations of supporters - and we would love to hear about them.
The new season’s "Albion News" is getting in the mood with a re-working of one of the most popular programme covers from the past and all the regular features.
But each week we will be looking back at the story of a venue which remains a homing beacon for Albion devotees and we’re asking supporters to tell us about their favourite game.
Maybe it was the first, maybe it was the most exciting, perhaps it was an occasion you will never forget for something personal, something famous or something quite random.
Whatever your choice, we would love to hear your stories and print them throughout the season in the match day programme which will continue through these days of behind-closed-doors fixtures.
You can email them to firstname.lastname@example.org marking them “favourite games.” And don’t forget to tell us a little about yourself such as age, name and how long you have been supporting the Baggies.
If possible, please add a picture of yourself too.
If, on the other hand, you would like to write to us then send your stories to: Favourite Games, c/o WBA Media Department, The Hawthorns, Halfords Lane, West Bromwich, B71 4LF.
