Albion Under-18s recorded an eye-catching 3-0 triumph away at Norwich City on Saturday afternoon.
The visitors made the breakthrough two minutes into the encounter at the Canaries' Avant Training Centre - Trialist getting an important touch on Harry French's shot from a short corner to divert the ball past the home goalkeeper for 1-0.
Set pieces were a theme of the afternoon for the young Baggies, with their second goal coming from one on 75 minutes thanks to Reece Bastafield's inviting corner kick, which defender George Shaw anticipated well to head in at the back post.
With momentum on their side, Albion's scholars added further gloss to an impressive showing by notching a third when striker Cole Dexter latched onto Justin Seven-Seven's pass, before chipping the Canaries shot-stopper to take the game beyond their opponents.
Chay Thompson's team were rewarded for their efforts with a well-earned three points - a result which lifted them up to fourth in the U18 Premier League South standings ahead of their next test against Tottenham Hotspur at The FitLife Foods Performance Centre on Tuesday, April 7 (ko 12pm).
