Albion’s youngsters kicked their 2025/26 U18 Premier League South campaign off with a five-star showing in Suffolk on Saturday.
The Baggies took an early lead when Justin Seven-Seven raced clear down the left, brought the ball into the penalty area and dinked it over the onrushing goalkeeper, in the seventh minute would you believe!
The striker got his second shortly after the half-hour mark, firing a low finish into the back of the net from the edge of the six-yard box.
Seven-Seven was denied his hat-trick in the final moments of the first 45 when Town’s stopper made a smart save down low. However, fortunately for Albion, Harry French was on hand to slot in the rebound at the near post.
It was four five minutes after the interval. Alfie Maughan latched on to a long diagonal ball from Adam Letlat and placed a strike into the far corner from a tight angle.
The fifth and final goal arrived in the 82nd minute. Ryan Colesby pounced on a loose ball inside the box and powered a shot beyond the reach of the Tractor Boys’ keeper.
Albion’s U18 team are next in action against Brighton at home next Saturday.
