A 10-man Baggies side came from behind to claim a point against Reading's Under-18s on Saturday afternoon.

Following a goalless first 45, the Royals edged ahead minutes after the restart courtesy of substitute Larry Omoregie's effort.

Leigh Downing's team fought back, though, and a straight red card for visiting forward Jerae Jones gave them a numerical advantage as they approached the closing stages.

And their purpose and persistence was rewarded when defender Adam Letlat levelled matters with 10 minutes remaining. However, the youngster would soon experience a very different emotion shortly after his equaliser - receiving a second yellow card eight minutes later.

Both teams ended proceedings with 10 men, as well as a point apiece at Albion's Walsall training base - meaning Downing's boys are now unbeaten from their last four U18 Premier League South matches.

Albion: Brady, Maughan, Morrish, Abudu, Letlat, Iddrisa, Blackshields, Trialist (Cherchi 69), Parmar (Seven-Seven 85), Onyemachi, Okorodudu (Newey 56).

Substitutes: Moses, Asomugha.
