Four of Albion's youngsters represented their nations over the March international break, with the PL2 team's leading talisman Souleyman Mandey making the Austria Under-21 team for the first time.
The attacking midfielder, who has 15 goal involvements (10 goals, five assists) across all competitions for the Baggies' young pros this term, earned a first call-up from his nation off the back of his impressive 2025/26 form.
While he wasn't in the squad for Austria's 1-0 European qualifying defeat against Belgium, Mandey was named on the bench for their second match with Belarus on home turf and made his international bow for the 21s in the 78th minute of Tuesday's 2-1 victory.
It marked a proud moment in the 20-year-old's career and, given his form in the Albion's youth ranks, Souleyman will hope it's the first of many.
Defender Dauda Iddrisa gave Italy the perfect start to their U19 qualifying campaign, receiving his maiden call-up for the age level and netting his first goal on debut.
This came against Scotland, as the 18-year-old gave his nation the lead on the stroke of half-time after ghosting into the box from the right before slotting a calm, right-footed finish past the home goalkeeper.
Two further second-half goals ensured the Blues wrapped up a 3-0 victory in Airdrie, before Iddrisa started again - this time against Poland for 58 minutes, in a match which ended 1-1, and another 90 minutes for the Baggies youngster in a 2-1 win against Republic of Ireland meant the Italians topped their qualifying group after the first round of fixtures.
Iddrisa's goal can be found just after the 47th minute in the video below.
Under-18 defender Adam Letlat received his usual call-up to Algeria's U20 side for their friendly double-header against Egypt.
The left-back played the full 90 minutes of a 2-2 draw, before featuring for just the second 45 of a stalemate three days later.
Finally, fellow young defender Antonio Perkins started in all three of Cyprus U19s' Euro qualifiers.
The centre-back had a tough start to the internationals, losing 4-0 in Belgium, and while a narrow 1-0 defeat to Slovenia - despite putting a battling display - provided some optimism for their last clash with Sweden, they were unable to gain a positive outcome on home soil, losing 3-1 to their Northern European counterparts.
