West Bromwich Albion will have their sights set on securing back-to-back Sky Bet Championship victories when they head up to Hull City on Saturday afternoon (ko 3pm).
Ryan Mason's men delivered an impressive showing to overcome Sheffield United 2-0 at The Hawthorns last Friday night, with forwards Aune Heggebø and Karlan Grant on target.
Hosts Hull City are on the hunt for a third straight second-tier win. Sergej Jakirovic's side beat Millwall 3-1 down at The Den in their most recent game and overcame Wrexham 2-0 the last time they played at the MKM Stadium in the middle of December.

The opposition
Hull City are enjoying an eye-catching campaign and head into Saturday's showdown sat sixth in the standings after 21 matches played.
Sergej Jakirović's side have collected 34 points so far and have their sights set on securing a third straight triumph having recorded recent wins over Wrexham and Millwall.
The Tigers are now into their fifth consecutive season in the Sky Bet Championship and have only managed to seal one top-half finish in the previous four terms. This year, however, Saturday's hosts find themselves in a brilliant position to not only end the campaign in the upper section of the division, but to challenge for a spot in the play-offs.
City have won eight of their last 13 fixtures and have been victorious in six of their 11 home encounters in 2025/26, comfortably beating Wrexham 2-0 in their most recent outing in front of their own supporters earlier in December.
Jakirović, a 48-year-old from Bosnia, took over in the middle of June having also managed several sides across Europe including Gorica, Maribor, Zrinjski Mostar, Rijeka, Dinamo Zagreb and Kayserispor. He represented his national team a handful of times during his playing days, enjoying stints with the likes of NK Zagreb, CSKA Sofia and Rijeka among others.
He's won 10, drawn five and lost seven of his first 22 games in charge, and is sure to be demanding another impressive performance and result from his team when the Baggies come to town.
Memorable meeting
The Baggies were 3-1 winners at Hull City in a Championship fixture in January 2008.
Albion were 2-0 up at the break following efforts from Kevin Phillips and James Morrison, but the hosts pulled one back 19 minutes from time courtesy of Richard Garcia.
Paul Robinson was dismissed just moments after that Hull goal, but the points were wrapped up in the dying stages when Roman Bednar fired home.
Supporters can check out the highlights below.
Albion's recent record at the MKM Stadium
Hull City 1-2 Albion, November 2024
The Baggies returned home from Hull with all three points last season. All three goals that particular afternoon came in the opening half, with Karlan Grant and Josh Maja putting the away side 2-0 up after just 17 minutes. Joao Pedro's header halved the defecit, but Albion defended resolutely and held on to their triumph. Watch the highlights below.
Hull City 1-1 Albion, February 2024
The two teams couldn't be separated when they went head-to-head up north in February during the 2023/24 campaign. Fabio Carvalho fired the Tigers into the lead ten minutes from the break, but the Baggies equalised when Darnell Furlong's looping header found its way in at the back post. Hull and Albion both had chances in the second period, but the encounter ended in a 1-1 scoreline.
Hull City 2-0 Albion, March 2023
The hosts recorded a comfortable 2-0 victory over Carlos Corberán's team on a Friday night in early March in 2022/23. Benjamin Tetteh made it 1-0 in the opening 45, before Dara O'Shea unfortunately turned the ball into his own net on the hour.
How's that for a stat
Albion have the stronger head-to-head record in this particular fixture, winning 28 times compared to Hull City's 20 victories. There have also been 18 draws. Saturday's clash is the 67th meetings between the two teams.
The Baggies will be hoping to record back-to-back league victories for the first time since August. They also have the opportunity to secure consecutive clean sheets for the first time since October 2024.
Hull City haven't drawn any of their last nine matches (W5, L4). The last time they picked up a single point in a game was back in late October when they played out a 1-1 draw at home to Charlton Athletic.
Baggies boss Ryan Mason spent time at Hull City during his playing days. The gaffer made 20 appearances for the Tigers and scored two goals for them.
Albion went three games without scoring between late October and early November, but have since scored in all of their last seven games. Mason men have scored 13 times in those seven games.
Colours for the road
The Baggies will wear the green and yellow away kit this weekend.
Ryan Mason's team also donned those colours at QPR and Southampton recently.
