Alex Mowatt has joined fellow Sky Bet Championship side Derby County for an undisclosed fee.
The 31-year-old, who signed for the Baggies in July 2021, departs having made 170 appearances, scoring 14 times.
The midfielder scored four goals in his first season as an Albion player before spending his second out on loan at Middlesbrough.
He played a key role in helping the club reach the second-tier play-off semi-finals during the 2023/24 term, and went on to feature 44 times in 2024/25 and a further 41 times last year.
