GARETH Barry will undergo minor surgery on his knee injury next week.
The Albion midfielder is likely to be ruled out for the remainder of the Premier League season.
Barry has been sidelined since the end of February, last featuring in the club's home clash against Huddersfield Town.
He has made 29 appearances for the Baggies this term, starting 22 league matches and scoring one goal in December's Hawthorns encounter against Manchester United.
