Sebastien Brunet, General Manager at Mercure Birmingham West Hotel, commented: "Our partnership with The Albion Foundation is a unique opportunity to make a difference within the local community and support those in need around us. As a local business ourselves, it is crucial to be able to support the local community and the businesses within the local area but more importantly make a difference to people's lives.

"As a business employing a number of team members, the well-being of all individuals within our business is at the forefront of any good performance. Promoting active lifestyles, creating a positive mental health, increasing confidence and improving positive behaviour is the key to drive employees' engagement and sustained business performance. In other words, it is all about the people within the business.

"As such, our partnership with The Albion Foundation gives us the opportunity to support young people with disabilities and learning difficulties, to develop new and existing skills as well as develop confidence which can be applied to their day to day lives and help to raise awareness of hidden disabilities and learning difficulties within our community.

"Being part of the Albion family is the start of an exciting journey and I am personally very proud to be able to make a difference."
