All of The Albion Foundation's Mentors: 

  • Have or are working to obtain a Level 2 Award in Mentoring
  • Have or are working to complete Youth Mental Health First Aid
  • Have a safeguarding certificate
  • Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working with young people
