Creative midfielder Phoebe Warner’s form has seen her become a pivotal part of the women’s setup in B71.
Phoebe began her career at Aston Villa, where she made a first-team breakthrough alongside Albion skipper Hannah George, who joined from Birmingham City in the same season.
Warner, who represented the Republic of Ireland at youth level, temporarily swapped the West Midlands for the East Midlands by signing for Nottingham Forest on loan in 2019.
This gave her valuable senior experience, as did her journey to Coventry United the following season where she made 13 appearances.
Phoebe's move to Albion saw her continue her development, and she put in some impressive performances in 2023/24, scoring four goals - including her first at The Hawthorns in a 1-1 draw against Burnley.
The creative midfielder’s 2024/25 was just as impressive, as she scored in the Birmingham County FA Challenge Cup triumph with a terrific lob to get the goalscoring started at the Pallet-Track Bescot Stadium.
Warner’s beginning to the new season has been arguably even better, striking a rampant run of form with seven goals – four of which were in a row.
