Albion's U18 side were narrowly beaten 2-1 at home by Chelsea on Saturday.
The visitors took the lead shortly before the half-hour mark, but the Baggies youngsters were well in the contest and missed a couple of decent opportunities to draw level heading into the break.
However, Chelsea managed to double their advantage after 68 minutes, leaving Leigh Downing's team with plenty of work to do.
The Baggies pulled one back through Fenton Heard with ten minutes remaining, but the Blues stood firm and took all three points.
