Albion will pay tribute to supporters and former players who have passed away during the COVID-19 pandemic when fans return to The Hawthorns for the Championship game against Luton Town on Saturday, August 14 (ko 3pm).
A period of remembrance will be observed before the fixture and the names of those we have lost will feature on the big screens.
To include a loved one - who has passed away since January 2020 - in the tribute, please submit their name as you would like it to appear, here.
Submissions should be made no later than midnight on Thursday, August 6. Unfortunately, owing to the nature of the video tribute and the work involved in its production, we will be unable to accept submissions made after this time.
The club will continue with its annual Always Albion tribute at the final home game of 2021 – but the bittersweet return of supporters at our first full capacity fixture at The Hawthorns could not pass without remembering those who have died during the pandemic.
