Albion season ticket holders have now been issued with their first set of tickets for the 2025/26 campaign via the ‘WBA Tickets On The Go’ app.
The opening three home matches - against Blackburn Rovers, Portsmouth and Derby County - will now be visible in the app. Further games will follow in batches throughout the season.
In the event you cannot see your tickets, please re-install the app using the email address linked to your ticketing account. Doing so should ensure your tickets are visible.
Anyone who experiences issues with this process can contact tickets@wbafc.co.uk, call 0121 227 2227, visit the club ticket office during opening hours, or attend a ticket office coffee morning (see details below).
A helpful video tutorial on how to use the ‘WBA Tickets On The Go’ app can be found here:
The club have confirmed stilecards will not be in use for the coming season, and are committed to ensuring all season ticket holders are provided with the help and support required to use the app.
Albion have worked with supporter groups to ensure the WBA Tickets OnTheGo app is accessible.
Supporters who do not own a smartphone can have their tickets uploaded to the smartphone of an accompanying friend or family member - and no internet access is required to use the app to enter the stadium.
In the event a Baggies fan does not own a smartphone and does not enter the stadium with a friend or family member who does, paper tickets will be made available.
Please read on for information on how the club are helping support the transition to the WBA Tickets OnTheGo app.
