Albion will face local rivals Wolverhampton Wanderers at The Hawthorns on Friday, May 13 in the Premier League Cup final (ko 7pm).
The Baggies reached the final having topped their group before recording knockout victories over QPR, Derby County and Fulham respectively.
Opponents Wolves secured their spot in the competition’s showpiece event by beating Middlesbrough 3-2 at Molineux in the last four.
Tickets for the deciding tie will be priced at £5 adults and £1 U18s.
Tickets are on sale online now, and will also be on sale via the ticket office from 9am on Saturday, May 7. All tickets purchased must be printed at home.
